Overview

The student residence in the "Neue Hochstraße" is an old building typical for Berlin, composed of a front and rear house. The four-storey building is a centrally located popular student residence right in the middle of Berlin.

It is readily accessible by underground railway, by bus or tram. It is very popular with female students or student families.

In addition to one-room flats, larger two-, three- and four-room flats with an area of up to 100 square metres are also available. Since these flats are not furnished, personal creativity and taste can be expressed freely. All living and public areas of this student residence are in good condition.

A city park bordering the back of the student residence is a great place for walks and leisure activities.
