Overview

The residential complex Professor-Anschütz-Haus is located directly between the CAU and the Kiel high street Holtenauer Straße. You can reach the campus or the cafeteria on foot within a few minutes. The hall of residence also offers a good public transport connection.
The residential complex was completely renovated between 2007 and 2009 and comprises 206 residential units, which are divided into the "Doktorandenhaus" (a house for doctoral candidates), the "Damenhaus" (a house for women) and the "Herrenhaus" (a house for men).

Rent deposit
The tenant has to pay a security deposit of 350 EUR for a room or 400 EUR for an apartment.

Duration of housing
The tenancy is limited to six semesters. The semesters during which the tenant has already lived in other dormitories of the Student Administration of Schleswig-Holstein (Studentenwerk) are to be taken into account when determining the total semester count.
