Rent deposit
Upon signing of the rental contract a deposit of two months rent must be deposited. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period if there is no damage to the room. Accrued interest will be invested in maintenance.

Duration of housing
Rental contracts are limited to three years and six months. A request for extension has to be filed eight weeks in advance of the expiration of the contract.
