Located in the Paradies district, very close to the University of Applied Sciences (approx. 200 m), close to the river Rhine (approx. 100 m), a short distance (1-2 km) to the city centre.

The hall of residence offers 78 apartments (22 flat-shares for four, 30 flat-shares for two and 26 single apartments). Seven single apartments are wheelchair accessible. All apartments are fully furnished and have a fitted kitchen and telephone access.

Generally, the duration of the contract is for two years (four semesters). However, tenants can apply in writing for an extension.
