Overview

The newest residential complex is located in close vicinity to the University of Regensburg and OTH Regensburg on the area of the former Nibelungenkaserne. The new building consists of 204 dwelling places on five floors. 138 of these rooms are single complete apartments (with own kitchen and own bathroom). 34 rooms are divided into shared apartments for two people and 32 rooms are divided into shared apartments for four people, where the tenants share the kitchens. Each room contains built-in furniture consisting of a bed and a wardrobe. The rooms also contain movable furnishings, such as desks with matching chairs. Each shared apartment has a common room with its own kitchen and each room has its own balcony.

Attention: Exchange students have to apply for student housing directly at the International Office of the University of Regensburg/OTH Regensburg. Applications to the Studentenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz will not be considered. For this reason, please abstain from contacting the Studentenwerk. Shared facilities
The shared area in the basement opens up to the greenway through generous glass surfaces, and thus represents a connection to the public space. Here is also a differently divisible common room with a kitchen.

Lockable bicycle stands, storage rooms and technical rooms are in the basement. The washing lounge with washing machines and dryers, toilets and the caretaker’s office are also located here. There are plenty of sitting accommodations and recreational areas on the garden level and in the outdoor area.

Car parking spaces are available. Parking is possible via a ticket machine.
