Overview

The housing complex "Hagenbeckstraße" was built in a generous garden setting in the traditional style in 1961. A floor was added to the residence in 1995. In 2010/11, the complex underwent a complete energy-based renovation, and the rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and recreation rooms were modernised extensively.

The residence has a total of 230 places, with 211 of these furnished and 19 unfurnished. 204 rooms are in corridor groups, 26 places are in apartments with kitchenettes and own shower bath. Nine-16 students live in each corridor group and they share the modernised sanitary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with a recreation room. All rooms have internet, telephone and cable TV connection.
