The hall of residence offers 54 apartments. There are 50 4-person flat-shares and four studio apartments (for singles or couples). All apartments are fully furnished and have a fitted kitchen and telephone and internet access.

Generally, the duration of the contract is for two years (four semesters). However, tenants can apply in writing for an extension.
