Overview

In the middle of the district Strenzfeld, which has many green areas, and about 3 km away from the city of Bernburg, there are three architecturally identical, fully refurbished halls of residence on the campus of the College of Anhalt (FH).

Before moving in, the tenant pays a deposit in the amount of three months of basic rent, but no more than 350 EUR.

Duration of housing
The rental agreement is automatically extended by one semester up to a maximum period of six semesters. The cancelation of the contract has to be mentioned two months in advance. The six-semester-period can be extended upon request.

As long as there are not any differing arrangements between the Studentenwerk and the tenant, the key handover for the rental object takes place Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. On weekends and bank holidays, there is no entitlement to a handover of keys. Individual key collections outside these hours via authorised third parties have to be arranged with the administration beforehand.
