The housing complex is composed of five houses built in 1988, arranged around a green atrium.
The medical institutions of the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf are located directly opposite. The campus is within a walking distance of eight to ten minutes.
A deposit amounting to three monthly rents has to be paid before conclusion of a tenancy agreement. This is returned after the tenancy period, provided there are no outstanding rent payments or damage/wear not attributable to normal use of the rented property.
The deposit is not subject to payment of interest (in compliance with Section 551 of the German Civil Code (§ 551 BGB)), the interest accrued during the tenancy period is invested in maintenance of the respective housing complex. Repayment of the deposit can generally be expected two to three months after moving out, provided the accommodation was surrendered without damage.
Duration of housing
Rental contracts with the Studierendenwerk Düsseldorf are limited to a maximum of six semesters.
A recreation room and a washing/drying room are available.

The Student Services Düsseldorf runs four child day care centres: "Abenteuerland", "Grashüpfer" and "Kleine Strolche" in Düsseldorf, as well as "Campus-Zwerge" in Mönchengladbach.
When allocating living space, the following order of preference is applied:
- disabled students
- students with a child / children
- first-year students
- all other applications in the order of receipt
