Overview

The property was built in 1976 and completely refurbished to increase its energy efficiency in 2012. It offers 149 places in single and twin rooms with their own bathroom and WC. Ten to 14 students share a generously sized and well-appointed communal kitchen.

All units are furnished. The rooms have gigabyte Ethernet internet access as standard. All rooms also have a cable TV connection. These costs are already covered by the monthly rent.

The UDE’s Bismarckstraße campus is on the doorstep of the student residence, and the main campus is around 1.5 km away.

Duisburg city centre and the main station are a five-minute walk away.
