Overview

The residence has been used by the US Army and the German military and can now be offered as student accommodation for several years. The furniture is a mix of various styles of past times.

At short notice, the Goethe University extended the lease for the residence in Stralsunder Straße for one semester. The residence therefore continue to offer 150 places until 31.03.2022.

Duration of housing
The maximum permissible term of residency is four years. The rental contract can be cancelled with eight weeks notice. In event of hardship the maximum permissible term of residency can be extended by a follow-on rental contract.
