Single room apartments with kitchenette and bathroom, accommodation units of two single bedrooms sharing a kitchen and a bathroom or with own bathroom. There is also one single room apartment tailored to the needs of disabled students. If required a single room apartment can be provided to a person in support.

Duration of housing
Contracts always run until the end of the regular study period. Foreign programme students receive a lease for at least four months, until the end of the planned study visit.

Special deals for students with children / families
Family-friendly flat-shares for two tenants (possible to connect washing machines). Thus, this residence hall is very popular with families.
Student mothers and fathers as well as studying couples with children are most welcome in the residence halls. Even if one partner is not (no longer) a student, couples with children may live as family in a residence hall, provided that their child/children is/are not older than 7 years.
