Rent deposit
A deposit amounting to 300 EUR has to be paid on conclusion of the tenancy agreement, which is returned without interest after the end of the tenancy. The interest accrued during the tenancy period is invested in maintenance of the respective student residence.

Duration of housing
Each rental contract is for a period of one year. Successive contracts can be agreed until the maximum tenancy period of three years has been reached.
