Overview

32 terraced houses are being offered in the Englische Siedlung housing area, which was built in 1961. The houses are available for three- (mid-terrace houses) or four-person occupancy (end of terrace houses). The two-storied houses have three bedrooms which are equipped with a bed, desk and chair, closet, and may also include shelves and carpeted floors. The spacious communal kitchen is on the ground floor. The end of terrace houses have a guest toilet in addition to the full bathroom.

The university, the KatHO and the FHDW can be reached by bike or car in less than 15 minutes.

Duration of housing
The maximum period of occupancy is set at six semesters. Upon request you can extend the duration by a maximum of two semesters. Students in teacher-training courses are able to stay in the Studentenwerk's dormitories for up to ten semesters.
