Overview

The housing complex "Harburg" has a central location in the heart of Harburg with a walking distance of about 15 minutes to the Technical University. It takes 20 minutes by urban railway to reach Hamburg University.

The housing complex is made up of six buildings with a total of 222 single rooms. Between two and six people live together in each apartment. All rooms are furnished and approx. 12 square metres in size. Residents share a fully equipped communal kitchen in every apartment. All rooms have internet, telephone and cable TV connection. Unfortunately there are no car parking spaces, but bike parking spaces are available.

The standard tenancy period is limited to 48 months, and in halls with low demand to 60 months.
