The student village is surrounded by old trees in a residential area very close to the medical institutions of the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. The buildings are arranged around a central green area. Numerous parking spaces close to each house can be reached via a private road.

The deposit is not subject to payment of interest (in compliance with Section 551 of the German Civil Code (§ 551 BGB)), the interest accrued during the tenancy period is invested in maintenance of the respective housing complex. Repayment of the deposit can generally be expected two to three months after moving out, provided the accommodation was surrendered without damage.
