Our student house in Bugginger Straße 36 is located right in the neighbourhood of the Evangelische Hochschule in the district of Weingarten. Directly in front of the house is the Dietenbach-Park with its lovely swimming lake and a big skatepark. Students live here in shared flats for 4 people and in single apartments. A small shopping centre is nearby. The tram stop is only a couple of minutes away. By bike, you reach the city centre in 15 minutes.

Rent deposit
At the beginning of the tenancy, a deposit of 400 EUR for single rooms or 500 EUR for apartments and 700 EUR for flats is due, which will be returned to you after you move out, provided there are no complaints about the room. The deposit will be refunded approx. four weeks after the end of your contract.

Duration of housing
In order to allow as many students as possible to live in a dormitory, the rental contract period is limited to six semesters.

In special and justified cases, it is possible to extend the rental contract for up to eight more semesters.
