A building featuring 28 apartments for students and 18 apartments for people with different kinds of disabilities is being realised in the heart of Osnabrück. The WirQuartier concept is carefully thought out: it is based on a combination of professional organisation by the family-relief services offered by the association Lebenshilfe, neighbourly support and social engagement.
