Overview

The barn, which was built from 1485 to 1492, was originally used as a salt barn and was rebuilt as a residential and business building in 1902/03. Since 1992, the building hosts all in all 35 dwelling places for students. As forms of housing, three complete single flats inclusive kitchen and bathroom are available as well as 32 flats in form of shared living for two people, in which two occupants share one kitchen and bathroom at a time.

Attention: Exchange students have to apply for student housing directly at the International Office of the University of Regensburg/OTH Regensburg. Applications to the Studentenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz will not be considered. For this reason, please abstain from contacting the Studentenwerk.
