The residential complex Gescherweg 72-84 was extensively renovated in 2020. It is located in a quiet area in the north-west of Münster, but is still close to the city centre. Applications from disabled students holding a disabled person’s ID will be given priority. A copy of the disabled person’s ID should be attached to the application.

Students with one or more children may apply for accommodation in the student residence at, Gescherweg 50-64, 48161 Münster as follows:

- a two-room flat = single parent with one or more children
- a three-room flat = couple (both must be students) with one or more children.

Students with children are given priority over groups without children intending to share a flat, while all applications from students with children are processed according to the order in which they are received. A copy of the child’s birth certificate should be attached to the application. In the case of pregnancy a doctor’s certificate verifying the pregnancy should be attached.
