The housing complexes in "Moorstraße 7" and "Moorstraße 15" as well as in "Bunatwiete 6" are centrally located in the heart of Harburg with a walking distance of about 15 minutes to the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH). It takes 20 minutes by urban railway to reach Hamburg University.

The houses offers a total of 131 rooms in group apartments for two to five persons. Most of the rooms in House 7 and House 15 are unfurnished, while the rooms in Bunatwiete are furnished. Residents share a fully equipped communal kitchen. The rooms are about 13-17 square metres in size and have internet, telephone and cable TV connection. Parking spaces for cars, motorbikes and bikes are available.
