The residence lies in a quiet location near the city forest and therefore offers a good opportunity to rest from the busy student life. Because of its close vicinity to the residence "Im Tiergarten 15" it is possible to stay in contact with the study colleagues though. The University is located 2.5 km away and can still be reached on foot as well as the district centre of Weidenau.
