The housing complex "Triftstraße" offers 155 furnished single rooms in one-, two- and three-room apartments on ten floors. Five of these places are disability friendly in a two- and three-room apartment. The apartments have a small fitted kitchen and shower bath. Each room has telephone, cable TV and internet access.

Duration of housing
The standard tenancy period is limited to 48 months, and in halls with low demand to 60 months.
Tenants can apply for an extension in written form. The application must be filed (at the latest) two months prior to the expiration of the contract.

There is a large recreation room that can be used for events, discussions, meetings and parties. Bike parking spaces, a barbecue area and coin-operated washing machines are provided.
