Türkenstraße 58, 80799 München
This student residence is situated in the centre of Schwabing, almost on top of the Ludwig Maximilians University campus. The building, with its listed facade, was erected at the turn of the last century, but suffered severe damage during the war. Rebuilt by the student union after the war, and converted into student quarters in 1980, this student residence represents one of the oldest in Munich.

Special deals for international students
The Servicepaket is an offer by the Munich Student Union for students who participate in the international exchange programmes of the universities.
The Servicepaket-rooms are assigned exclusively by the International Offices of the universities. The assignment procedure can vary from university to university so please contact the responsible person of your particular university if you are interested or if you have questions regarding the application.
This residence normally doesn't house exchange students (exceptions can sometimes be made).
Important information for international students participating in an exchange programme (like ERASMUS): Exchange and programme students are not able to apply for accommodation online. This is because the Munich Student Union allocates rooms for these students directly to the universities. Exchange and programme students should get in touch with their university directly.
