Overview
This student residence is situated in the centre of Schwabing, almost on top of the Ludwig Maximilians University campus. The building, with its listed (protected as a historic monument) facade, was erected at the turn of the last century, but suffered severe damage during the war. Rebuilt by the student union after the war, and converted into student quarters in 1980, this student residence is one of the oldest in Munich.

Additional information
Important information for international students participating in an exchange programme (like ERASMUS): Exchange and programme students are not able to apply for accommodation online. This is because the Munich Student Union allocates rooms for these students directly to the universities. Exchange and programme students should get in touch with their university directly.
