Overview

The housing complex "Unnastraße" is located in the popular quarter Eimsbüttel and provides 114 furnished single rooms, which are 12-19 square metres in size.

On six floors, groups of up to 18 residents share a fully equipped communal kitchen. Showers, washing facilities and toilets are provided on each floor. All rooms have internet, telephone and cable TV connection.

Due to the favourable location of this house, there is a long waiting list.

Duration of housing
The standard tenancy period is limited to 48 months, and in halls with low demand to 60 months.
Tenants can apply for an extension in written form. The application must be filed (at the latest) two months prior to the expiration of the contract.

Shared facilities
Parking spaces for cars can be rented. A bike cellar, bike workshop and coin-operated washing machines are also provided. There is a bar in the cellar, which is run by the residents themselves. Facilities for playing table tennis or table football are available. A music practice room is provided for students who play the piano.
