This student housing complex composed of small buildings and offering a total of 342 accommodations has an open and friendly architectural design. Plenty of green between the houses (constructed in 1998) and the communal house used as a venue for parties at regular intervals make this facility very popular with students. A priceless magnificent view of the city is an added bonus.

Duration of housing
Rental contracts are always time limited. This is generally for seven semesters or until the end of the BAföG funding period is reached (whichever comes first).
Depending on the program and the university, program students will receive a rental contract for one or two semesters and, depending on needs and availability for another month for a preceding language course/introduction course.

Studentische Kinderkrippe Würzburg, an initiative of student parents, offers daycare primarily for the children of students. Toddlers between 10 months and kindergarten age are well taken care of while there parents attend university. Studentische Kinderkrippe Würzburg is financed and run by Studentenwerk Würzburg.
Two buildings in the vicinity of Hubland Campus accommodate daycare facilities for three groups of a total of 36 children. One group (12 places) is accommodated in the housing unit Am Galgenberg 52, the two other groups (12 places each) are accommodated in the student residence Am Hubland 16d. All rooms of the chilcare facilites are child-friendly and beautifully designed.
