Overview

The residential complex was completely renovated in 2011. It consists of two buildings. House 9-15 only provides flats for couples and families. The 16 furnished flats have their own kitchen and bathroom. 177 furnished flat share rooms and apartments are available in House 17-21. The RUB campus and the Hochschule für Gesundheit are a 15-minute walk away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hall of residence.

The duration of the tenancy is limited to a maximum of 10 semesters.
