Overview

The residential complex, which was put into operation by the student union in 1994, provides 242 dwelling places. The six houses are situated in a quiet location and integrated with a residential area. The apartments are divided into shared flats for two, three, six and eight occupants. One of the shared flats for two occupants is wheelchair friendly. The existing bathrooms and kitchens are for collective use, depending on the size of the shared flat. In the shared flats for eight occupants, the tenants share one kitchen and four bathrooms.

Attention: Exchange students have to apply for student housing directly at the International Office of the University of Passau. Applications to the Studentenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz will not be considered. For this reason, please abstain from contacting the Studentenwerk.
