If you don't want to finish your degree without having made vivid memories in a living community, you should choose to apply for the residence on Emil-Figge-Straße 15-39. 134 flats house over 400 fellow students - there is no need to stay alone. Each of the flats has one large kitchen, which offers room for culinary experiments and group activities. In order to maintain peace within the living community, the bigger flats have an additional guest bathroom. The house was built in 1994/1995.

Duration of housing
The current maximum term of lease is eight semesters. After these four years, the rental agreement may be renewed by a max. of one year if all general conditions of eligibility continue to exist. Any term of lease spent at another publicly-funded housing facility will be deducted from the overall maximum term of lease.
