Overview

After renovation works, the residential complex Ostenbergstraße 109 is now again available for students since spring 2019. The number of rooms has been increased from 183 to 189. There are 92 fully furnished double as well as five single apartments, which are equipped with a shower room and a private kitchenette.

A deposit has to be paid which depends on the rent.

Duration of housing
The current maximum term of lease is eight semesters. After these four years, the rental agreement may be renewed by a max. of one year if all general conditions of eligibility continue to exist. Any term of lease spent at another publicly-funded housing facility will be deducted from the overall maximum term of lease.
