Overview

This barrier-free / accessible hall of residence was first opened in September 2015 and offers 96 rooms in unfurnished flatshares for two or three students. The two-person flatshares have a friendly atmosphere and are filled with natural light. Two students have to apply jointly for one apartment. The single rooms in the three-persons flatshares can be applied for separately.
All apartments have underfloor heating, a loggia, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and an eat-in kitchen.

Duration of housing
The normal period of occupancy is eight semesters. The rental period for family flats will be agreed on a per flat basis.
