The student residence comprises three interconnected buildings. It has a total of 103 furnished rooms (one single, four twin and 98 rooms in shared apartments).

The rooms have gigabyte Ethernet internet access as standard. All rooms also have a cable TV connection. These costs are already covered by the monthly rent.

The main campus is around 1.5 km away, the Bismarckstraße campus around 300 m, and the main station and city centre 200 m. Train and bus connections and a large cinema complex are within just two minutes’ walking distance.
