Overview

Newly renovated and fashionably equipped, the dormitory Wilhelmsgarten receives its tenants since the beginning of the winter semester 2014. The campus is a 15 minute walk away, you can reach the city centre in five minutes.
The stops for bus and tram are less than five minutes away and you will find shopping facilities in direct vicinity of the dormitory.

The guest apartments at the dormitory are reserved for students in academic short-term programmes, future students and guests of tenants or the universities.

Duration of housing
Tenancies are generally for a maximum of five years. Short-term rental contracts are for a minimum of one month. "Guests" (interns etc.) are only accepted for one semester.

The letting of our guest apartments is possible for the following groups of persons:
- Students, e.g. in the scope of an academic short-term programme or an internship
- Tenants of the Student Services who want to accommodate their guests
- Future students
- Guests of the universities

The fact that you received a place to study does not mean that you have got a place at the student dormitory: you must apply for accommodation separately.
The expected waiting timed (based on the number of reservations and expectations about those moving out of accommodation) is given in the application. The waiting times can be very long, especially at the beginning of the semester, so you should apply in time.
