This student residence is ideal for students studying at Sanderring and Wittelsbacher Platz and located close to the University of Applied Sciences and the city centre.
This student residence was built in 2008 and is an L-shaped five-storey building with underground parking. The rooms have an internal network for internet access. The windows have sunshades. The wall heating is operated by geothermal energy, which also provides cooling in summer. Additionally solar thermal energy is used to provide hot water. The toilet flushes are operated with rain or well water. The building was awarded the German construction award 2010.

Duration of housing
Rental contracts are always time limited. This is generally for seven semesters or until the end of the BAföG funding period is reached (whichever comes first).
Depending on the program and the university, program students will receive a rental contract for one or two semesters and, depending on needs and availability for another month for a preceding language course/introduction course.
